In the first class of the Kitchen Volition series for the home cook, we'll look at simple, comprehensive methods for managing menu planning on a weekly basis. We'll dig down into the finer points of gathering and curating recipes, planning nightly meals, making a grocery list and staying organized in the kitchen.
We've all been there: it's 5:23 on Tuesday evening. You've just gotten in your car after a long day at work, and dinner's starting to look inevitably like Subway or the hot bar at Whole Foods. There's a better way, and you'll leave this class with the roadmap toward it.
