Every coffee varietal is unique. Every coffee has a distinct flavor profile. Every farmer has a different farming technique. Every coffee growing micro climate will produce diverse characteristics. This class is designed to provide a window into the term "Specialty Coffee" and how it differs from Commodity Coffees by celebrating small scale farmers and their individual practices.
We will talk about and taste coffees from various growing regions, processing methods, and roasting profiles. Be sure to come ready to drink coffee!
